Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited (BEOL), one of the renowned edible oil company in Bangladesh, starts marketing one of its brand, Fortune, in a brand new way. Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL) is the holding company of BEOL and Fortune, which is the number one edible oil brand in India, is the flagship brand of AWL. Adani Wilmar Ltd, which is a joint venture between Adani Group of India and Wilmar International of Singapore, markets edible oils, rice, flour, pulses, gram flour, soybeans, etc. in India under the banner of Fortune brand. BEOL started marketing Fortune in Bangladesh in 2014 under the name of Fortune Rice Bran Health. Later in 2016, Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice was launched on the Bangladesh market. Fortune’s logo & packaging have recently been revamped. Fortune’s new logo is also started being marketed in Bangladesh, with the theme “Bloom”, a combination of vitality, diversity and abundance. Fortune has added a new dimension of BEOL’s brand portfolio that includes its flagship brand Rupchanda, Meizan, Veola, King’s & Lucky. There is already an acceptance has been created of Fortune Rice Bran Oil & Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice amongst Bangladeshi consumers. This new logo of Fortune was unveiled on October 22, 2020, at the head office of BEOL through Facebook Live. Mr. Inam Ahmed, General Manager, BEOL unveiled the new logo of Fortune at the event. Mr. Amit Banerjee, Head of Sales & Marketing, BEOL was present online. From BEOL, also present were Mr. Faisal Mahmud, Senior Marketing Manager & Mr. Istiaq Mahmood, Senior Brand Executive. It is expected that this new look from Fortune will inspire consumers to work on a variety of foods, feed new healthy food plans and further satisfy the taste buds of food-loving Bengalis.
